No default REST API ability. The Web to lead is basic and can only customize button color. After Google calendar integration still cannot locate where Google Calendar is. No default two factor authentication for administrator account. Contracts are worthless because they are not legally binding in the United States and I'm pretty sure United Kingdom because they don't follow the esign act. Which means there's no audit trail. That's just off the top of my head. The only five stars it gets is marketing and hype that it is a perfect crm.
