Theme options are a bit of a mess, too many colour settings while missing basic styling ones. Related products are slow to load compared to the product page. No option to edit the fields in the contact form. Collection header lacks options. Ask a question on product page does not include product name so you have no idea what product the customer is inquiring about, it uses the same form as contact one. Support ticket I asked two question, replied with a link to a video for menu settings, completely ignoring the second question. Theme and support are not as good as others I have used.
