1) Very poor interface. Too many settings that are easy to get confused by.
2) Lots of useless and unnecessary plugins.
3) Poorly designed UX and linking—all CTAs take you to other pages. Why? Probably to lose customers or give more work to third-party developers.
4) Standard elementor. No option to create pop-ups. No option to create your own buttons.
5) The demo importer only loads 1 demo; there is no option to get all 4 demos at once. This is disappointing because I paid for the version that is posted on the website.
6) Very expensive ($68) for a free elementor and poor UX.
7) The documentation is very superficial (common for all projects from this developer), details need to be constantly clarified.

1) This is the first time we've received such user feedback. From the initial design phase, we've carefully considered and refined every setting to ensure we offer enough, but not redundant, options to meet the diverse needs of most users. Of course, everyone's experience is different. We respect your personal experience, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us with specific and detailed suggestions.
2) This theme requires only two essential plugins: CozyStay Core and Elementor. If you want to use the theme's built-in booking system, you'll also need WooCommerce (some users may use other systems or platforms).
In addition, we recommend a few carefully selected, excellent third-party plugins to enhance the functionality of user websites; these plugins are optional, and users can choose whether to install them based on their own needs.
3) I don't quite understand this point. Clicking the buttons in the demo redirects to the corresponding pages; this is one of the requirements of the Envato review team.
4) This is not correct.
This theme is fully capable of creating pop-ups, and of course, you can create your own buttons. You may like to check the following tutorials:

5) This theme provides five demos—five independent demo sites, not five homepages on a single demo site. Each demo's data comes from an independent site. All data from the five demo sites is included in the theme files. Only one demo site's data can be imported at a time; importing data from multiple independent sites into one site at once is not a reasonable practice.
However, you can import demos multiple times as needed. You can also import pages or sections from other demo sites through the theme's Template Library after importing your favorite demo site.

6) This theme is priced at $69, a common and transparent price on the Envato platform. Elementor does not offer any legal licenses for theme authors to include Elementor Pro for resale. Our demos were created using this theme and the free version of Elementor, without using Elementor Pro. You don't need Elementor Pro to achieve the same effect as the demo sites.
7) Our documentation provides detailed chapters, step-by-step operational procedures, numerous screenshots, and many videos demonstrating the complete process. The quality of our documentation (across different products) frequently receives high praise from many users.
