I'll start by saying that after the last update, the site crashed, and unfortunately, no matter who I contacted, they couldn't help me!
Then I contacted the developers of the GOLO theme (having paid for extended technical support) – and I've never regretted it!
After paying, I was contacted by a wonderful specialist and person, as it turned out, named Ryan!!!

Honestly, I've never met someone who never ceases to amaze me!!! He's a truly kind and responsive person!
I think your tact and understanding of the situation are unprecedented!!!

I admire his talent and ability to convey ideas – clearly, quickly, and without unnecessary fluff!!! When solving problems, he carefully examined the problem and not only fixed it, but also gave advice on how to improve the site!

I want to tell everyone how glad I am that I purchased the GOLO template back then, which allowed me to meet someone like Ryan! I'll say it again: I admire his professionalism and the patient kindness he showed me in solving so many of my questions and problems! I highly recommend UXPER – they're a team of professionals creating cutting-edge products!
