So I have two major issues with this theme. The horrible search engine, and the crappy customer support that comes with it. At the core of every single website that sells things is a search engine. Without a robust search engine, your customers will not be able to find your products. They will get frustrated and leave. The search engine (you can barley call it that) has no way to filter results, no way to search by tags, or attributes. or filter by price, or size, and anything else. Its crazy. I consider it my fault for not catching this before I bought it because I assumed that it would obviously have to robust search feature. I was wrong. When I contacted support it took them 5 days to respond and all I got was a dismissive message stating that if I wanted basic search features I would have to have a developer custom build it for me! As if I'm asking for some weird, or rare feature! I put in three tickets. 1 of them they never responded to, the other 2 took almost a week to respond. To put this in context, there FREE templates with better search engines, way better search engines. I was really bummed because this is a beautifully crafted theme that looks great. Its the ultimate "form over function." Stay away, don't waste your time and money. If you actually intend on selling things, run.
