My concern is not about support (which I never requested, as I’m a professional), but about the quality of the item itself. We regularly receive update notifications, yet the version number never changes and no changelog is provided—making it impossible to know what has been updated.

The templates may look fine on the surface, but the source code tells a different story. It’s a messy mix of several outdated scripts, unnecessary dependencies, and comments referencing other entities—some as old as 2016. For example, the stylesheet includes the CSS of all templates in one file, which is extremely poor practice.

While the product uses Bootstrap (open-source), many snippets seem to come directly from GitHub without proper integration. The documentation is of little use to beginners. As a professional, I had to clean the entire source code, secure and optimize the contact form, and restructure several parts of the template before it was usable.

This makes the template only suitable for experienced developers who can modify, identify, debug, and fix such issues. I put a 4 stars anyway to give the author the possibility to improve information to provide before purchasing their item.
