The layout design is beautiful and very appropriate for a business website — that’s about all I’ve been able to enjoy so far. As a fellow developer, I understand that products can sometimes break, and that’s okay as long as support is available. However, I have to admit that I’m a bit disappointed.
I purchased this theme specifically to use the demos and speed up delivery. That’s the value I expected compared to developing a theme from scratch. Instead, I now have my boss telling me we would have been better off using a free theme.
Most of the demos are broken — whether with WPBakery or Elementor. jQuery also breaks, and the loading screen keeps flashing endlessly without stopping. I opened a support ticket but have not received any response yet.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. The demo layouts can be imported with a single click, and they are tested regularly by our QA team to ensure functionality. In your specific case, our support agents identified that the strong caching settings on your hosting (such as LiteSpeed optimization with file minification and combination) were blocking jQuery and other scripts, which caused the demos and preloader to appear broken.
We recommend disabling or adjusting these caching/minification settings during setup to allow the theme scripts to run properly. Once configured, the demos should work as intended.
