I purchased this chat software with an Extended License, trusting the descriptions and promises provided by the author. Unfortunately, the product is nowhere near the quality described:

The code quality is extremely poor, making the software very difficult to maintain or extend.

Many of the advertised features are either completely broken or non-functional.

I was persuaded to remove my original negative review with the promise that a brand new, fully working version would be delivered shortly.

It has been over 5 months, and I have received no update, no delivery, and no response.

It appears this is not an isolated case, as the author seems to follow a pattern of silencing criticism with vague future promises that never materialize. This is deeply unethical and damages the trust buyers place in this platform.

I am requesting Envato's moderation team to review this item and author activity for potential violation of CodeCanyon's quality and customer support standards.

This product does not meet the expectations of an Extended License and should be re-evaluated for marketplace eligibility.
