I hope you're doing well. I purchased this website by mistake. I downloaded and set it up, but unfortunately, I couldn't understand it properly. My actual intention was to buy a mobile app-based website.
I have already purchased two website scripts, but since I need a mobile app instead, I kindly request you to take back these website scripts and provide me with a mobile app-based version or its code instead.
I am not asking for a refund; I just want to exchange these for an app-based solution because I made a genuine mistake during purchase.

I completely understand that you were looking for a mobile app-based solution. However, please note that in our system, the website is the core part of the platform, and the mobile app works with the website — it connects to the same backend and APIs.
So, if you plan to use the mobile app, you will still need to keep the website, as the app depends on it to function properly.
Also, if you'd prefer a refund instead (and then repurchase the correct item), I would recommend submitting a refund request through CodeCanyon, and mention that the purchase was a genuine mistake. Once we receive your refund request, we’ll review and approve it promptly.
