Excellent support.

I rarely needed support, but the two times I did, it was really necessary and the service was satisfactory.

To get support, you just need to be patient, because you have to wait for their demand. I had problems updating from version 8.2.1 to version 9.

After several attempts to resolve the issue, they accessed my server and carried out all the procedures.

This is my second support subscription and I do not regret it.
