I bought this but its not worth he money. you dont get 9 templates as displayed on the sellingpage, no you get 3 (2 of them are mediocre, this feels more like a cashgrab.

We are concerned about your review as the theme package includes absolutely all the demo pages you see on the preview before the purchase. You are right, there are 3 skins, the rest of the demos you see are pages, you will get them after the demo data import anyway.
