The theme is supported and it is being updated. The updates and changes are listed in the changelog here.

We've checked the site where your purchase code is registered and we see that you are using version 1.2 of the theme which is an outdated version. To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article - How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Our average response time at Help Center is around 24 hours on weekdays and our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. At the moment we couldn't locate any new ticket with your purchase code, only the tickets from 2024. Also, our API verification system shows that your support has expired on September 3, 2024.
