I bought this theme and I wanted to install the new "AI theme". But it seems I need to BUY Elementor pro, since the "free" elements pro says, it isn't connected to any account. So basically this theme is useless to me...

This is not correct.
You can choose either to purchase Elementor Pro, or use its FREE alternative - PRO Elements: https://proelements.org
(That's actually what we are using on our demos.)
