There are limited options for customizing the view, widgets, settings, and other features. Additionally, the support provided has not met expectations. I have submitted 14 support tickets, but none have been resolved by with help of support team. As a result, I have had to address these issues by modifying the functions.php file through the child theme and utilizing WordPress hooks.
