Since purchasing the theme a few weeks ago, it never worked. Firstly, it caused my entire site to go down. I contacted support, and they said they did not work on the weekend, so I had to uninstall the theme for my site to work again. Then I gave it another try, and the theme never got imported properly with demos as advertised. It made the site look very bad, and support didn't provide very helpful advice or resolution, despite multiple follow-ups. I'm very disappointed that I wasted money on a theme that never worked.

Regarding the support issue, I reviewed the tickets you created and the late reply was only during the weekend (during which we usually don't work). We can see that the last response in the ticket was from our side, so if you still want to use the theme, please go back to the ticket you created and respond to it.
However, we understand your frustration and would like to make things right. If you are not satisfied with the theme, we are willing to issue you a refund.
