This website is full of Bugs.
1-Website have problems everyday.
2-Its very un responsive.
3-Lag when loading boxes and pictures even the size of pictures is ok.
4- Customer service is pathetic and take 2 days to get back to you.
5-We lose business because our website never function correctly.
6- I lost a complete website and content once due to conflict of plugins with this website.

Website Issues & Bugs: The theme itself is thoroughly tested and regularly updated to ensure stability. Most “bugs” users encounter are often due to third-party plugin conflicts, outdated installations, or server configurations not meeting minimum requirements.
Responsiveness: The theme is fully responsive and built with modern mobile frameworks. If you’re experiencing responsiveness issues, it may be due to custom modifications or heavy third-party content/scripts added externally.
Image & Box Loading Lag: Slow loading is almost always related to unoptimized hosting environments or large image file sizes, not the theme code itself. We recommend using caching plugins and image optimizers (like WebP support or WP Smush).
Support Delays: While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, our average response time is within 24 hours on business days. Delays may happen due to weekends or high ticket volume, but we are always committed to helping every user.
Business Loss & Functionality: We understand how critical website performance is for your business. But again, in most cases, the core theme does not cause these issues unless modified improperly or overloaded with plugins that conflict.
Lost Website & Plugin Conflicts: We always advise creating regular backups and testing new plugins in staging environments. Conflicts between plugins can happen with any theme. Unfortunately, theme developers have limited control over how third-party plugins interact with each other.
