Two major problems. I paid for a
Wordpress Plugin but when I tried to install the plugin into
Wordpress, I received an error message that the plugin was incompatible.
Second, I took screenshots but there was no way on the contact form to attach images. So, my help request was compromised.

You tried to install the wrong zip, and you can use the live chat to send us an image.
