I noticed you're a new member, you account was created this June, right? And also you just purchased our plugin today - the same day you left this review, so I supposed you still haven't downloaded the plugin yet.

From your feedback "just upgrade de pluggin", I think you're using the free plugin. Here on CodeCanyon, you would need to download the plugin file from your Downloads list first, and then upload that plugin file to your site to use the premium plugin. Free and premium plugins are 2 individual plugins which can work properly without each other. The premium plugin will auto take over the free once if both of them are active on a same site at the same time.
