I cannot fault customer support it is very fast and efficient. All issues resolved.
The issue is within the code which I fixed, it checks for mariaDB version 10.3+
however, we have MariaDB 10.11, which is higher than 10.3... the code doesn't understand this and thinks 10.11 is a older version when infact it's not.
