Customer service is not very strong. The team is responsive but lacks empathy and understanding of issues or customer frustrations. Be aware this theme will require dedicated resources, it was not working in a shared WordPress environment, but works in our dedicated Azure environment (Deployment Reservations).

we do always appreciate honest and relevant feedback but your's seems to be misleading. The only message we have received from you was about logo problem on 21st February and we have responded on this message immediately. In case you have missed something, below is the screenshot as proof.
This is the only message our support received from you. Since then, you didn't responded on our message. Therefore, we have completely no idea why you're saying that the customer service is not strong and lacks of empathy.
