Absolutely shameful customer support. No response to tickets submitted, no acknowledgement, no way to contact them directly. The theme itself is okay, but many features and plugins are out of date, non-functional, and require updates through the developer only, but if they're no longer maintaining this theme or they're not responding, then save your money and support someone else.
