for Customer Support

There's no support at all. I have a probable bug on the website. When closing the cookie consent window, if the user brings it back by clicking on the cookie icon and closes it without making any changes, the target page stops scrolling (it becomes unviewable). This issue was reported to the author a month ago, but there's been no response whatsoever.

We are very sorry to have not been able to follow up your support request.

We have replied to you on the 8th of April saying we will do our best to help you out before the end of that week.

We unfortunately didn't find the time to do so. We regret you didn't send us a reminder <3

It's really not a matter of not wanting to give support, but just we accidentally overlooked it :(

We hope you give us the chance to help you out and hopefuly reconsider your rating :)
