I've been unable to activate the template. Despite reaching out to support and waiting for over 24 hours, their responses have been disappointingly generic and lacking technical insight. I provided the requested logins, only to receive yet another generic response from the support team.

The problem seems to be solved now, the theme is activated on your website, please check as well. I can assure you that the problem was being investigated, but not all problems can be fixed quickly unfortunately. After you reinstalled wordpress the activation worked fine. We hope that you can understand that sometimes there can be specific issues on some websites, not directly related to the theme itself. Please let us know if we can help with something else.
