To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article - How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin.

If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Mikado Core, Mikado BMI Calculator plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.
