Their customer support doesnt exist at all If you need help with something you purchase from them you have to fix it and then they say that dont give support because you modify code when the license states clearly that you can customize the product.
In my case I bougt trading platform and all the formulas were wrong I had to fix them all.
In sumary dont buy anything from this people support is the worst I've seen before
