Customer service is the worst.

1. I tried to install it myself using the demo import function, but the page screen was broken after installation due to constant errors. I made an initial inquiry on February 13th due to theme installation failure, and received help setting up the homepage on February 19th.

I asked if there was something wrong with the previous homepage setup file that prevented installation, and there was no answer until February 29th. In that situation, the seller secretly updated the theme file on February 27th.

2. In the comment, the seller responded that it was compatible with polylang and wpml plugin for creating multilingual sites, but in reality, that was not possible. I tried to extract page strings or contents to be translated using the wpml plugin, but most of the content on the site was created using the elementor program's page builder called jnj addon, and the content written using this is not recognized by wpml.

Additionally, in order to set RTL, the direction of the header or footer must be changed from right to left, but the header and footer of the theme cannot be edited by the user. (It is organized as part of the plugin menu on the left side of WordPress.)

With this question in mind, I inquired on February 27th about how compatibility with multilingual plugins is possible through the support function of the themeforest site, but there is still no answer.

3. I am currently waiting for a response and considering purchasing another theme or requesting a WordPress homepage creator to create a homepage.
