The template as a design looks nice, too bad you can't change it as you wish. I won't get into technicalities, but a template made with Elementor that doesn't make use of Elementor's potential, or rather blocks you in customising it from all sides, is not good.
I don't understand whether it was made this way because whoever made it got bored with programming at a certain point and started looking for shortcuts, or whether it is simply the work of a beginner who knows very little about programming.
The fact is that if you are not an expert, you cannot customise this template enough. Either you are fine with it, identical as it is, or it will be quite a mess.
I didn't ask for my money back because the template is special anyway, the idea is right but it would only be OK if everything could be customised.
PS: including pages that don't really exist in theme customisation but not including real pages seems ridiculous to me.
