Unfortunately, this template does not adhere to the best practices for creating modern web applications. Essentially, it's just HTML wrapped within a Next.js application. It features only a high-level React component, and all the details are comprised of numerous divs styled with excessively long SCSS files, each over 10,000 lines. In today's modular world, this approach is quite unreasonable. While it may look appealing, using and maintaining it would be a nightmare. I regret making this purchase.
