Can you please share with us the email where you mailed we do not receive even a single mail from your side.

Secondly, if you read the item description we mentioned a few settings before importing data can you read it the same we share it here?

PHP version 5.6 and higher
max_execution_time – 3600
max_input_time – 3600
memory_limit – 256M
post_max_size – 64M
upload_max_filesize – 64M
max_input_vars – 3000

The issue is clients do not read the description. Kindly check these settings after that again demo data is hopefully successfully imported.

We also share your email id and support form link kindly contact our support team we reply within 15 minutes as we receive mail. In this case, we checkout 2 to 3 times our mailbox but do not find your mail. May be you have entered the wrong email id.
