I agree with a lot of comments about the poor customizability.
I spend my days creating tickets because a lot of options are missing for users to edit the theme. A lot of simple changes require custom CSS. Also, out of the blue my home page and my course page failed because of a bug with the start time and the price of the course. The theme is fragile and can error at anytime. It had a huge impact on the release date of my website.
I have been using the theme called: Newspaper 12, for years and it has been extremely reliable.
I was hoping the same reliability when I bought this LMS theme.
I really hope it will become more stable asap.
