I found my Retailer activation code for updating my theme with wordpress, however when i enter my activation code I get this error:
Something went wrong:cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: my.getbowtied.com. Please try again!
I cannot update my theme and I purchased this license. cannot update wordpress either because of this

Hi, you are using an ultra-old version of the theme, please update to the latest version.
