There are many features you can add with this package that are readily available through the modules available on Drupal.org.
One that I am surprised is not included is the way to monetise the listings. It isn't that difficult to implement.

On Drupal 7 version it has Node Checkout module which allows to purchase to publish nodes with expiration. It is not available anymore.
Which module are you suggesting us to implement the pay-to-publish feature? We will consider to add it to this theme in the future.
