Well, I asked to wp-royal support some question about compatibility/migration whit new themes or a way to renew licenses. Nothing.
I wrote twice but no one replied.
I asked on FB chat, but no one replied.
I wrote on FB group but the admin erased my message.

What the heck happened to this company? Is still interested on selling themes?
I simply don't understand.
