We are sorry to hear this but please understand that Commercial Themes on theme forest require way more resources then free ones, for some functionalities, you can read more about the recommended resources here. So since shared hosting do share resources they are not always great solution for high end theme like ours, because it requires good server and resources.

We could not locate any request from your end and you can always read more about the refund policy here, but you should know that you are more than welcome to submit a ticket to our Help Center where our support team can check any issues you encounter.
