i have very mixed feelings about this template. on one hand its feature rich but on the other those features miss very important settings. example: there are labels you can use for properties. you have a documentation on how to make those labels but there is no documentation on how and when those actually get visible/active. Or why dont new properties automatically get a "new" label for custom days and such things. if i understood it right, here the user can set the label themselves WHY? why can users decide that their property is an "hot offer"? another example are the map pins that you can change. mega useful BUT the design is so poor, you barely see them when the map is zoomed in and you cant change the design of those (unless i havent found this option yet) there are also "hidden functions" like having a street view button in the header of a property detail page but oddly this is also a setting which the user can change O.o and the setting for this is hidden somewhere in one of many composers or in elementor. that means it gets active if you activate a field in the composer but you actually dont know which field it is. so, functionality is spread between settings and design, that makes it super hard to understand how the template really works. its chaos and last but not least... eg. im german speaking and the english that is used in this template is partly so bad, that google cant really translate it right. and the biggest thing i miss is to have different search fields for different property types (commercial/residential) no one is looking for commercial properties with bedrooms but you cant change that. you have the same search for everything. its one smiling eye and one sad eye for this purchase so far. but i also have to admit, i am using this template since 2 days, hopefully ill do better soon BUT other authors structure their themes a lot better. for most people this will be a great template. for me its missing some finishing touches.
