This is a fantastic theme that has not only a welcome balance of high level design aesthetic and innovative interaction, but an effective user ihterface.

The issue is customer service. This Theme is HTML (which I prefer). Their CS is based on WordPress, so they kick you back to ask the DEV directly for help with issues and there are some issues. The DEV is technically savvy but does not respond in a timely manner and eventually just stops responding outright.

So it's a good theme as is, but not a great theme due to their breach of contract along the CS part of the purchase.
