for Customer Support

Great Template but very terrible support. If you can navigate by yourself then no worries, else you will regret buying this template. Its been over a week that i drop a customer ticket and there came back 5 days later to tell me they were on break. its been 3 days since then and no replies. This is a very disgusting attitude.

However, we encountered an issue as you did not specify a particular color for the theme color change problem, which has prevented us from offering specific guidance. If you are familiar with Tailwind CSS, you can customize the colors as needed.

Regrettably, we received your ticket over the weekend, which led to our response being delayed until our office hours resumed.
