Piece of junk plugin doesn't work throwing all kinds of errors so I'm going to force my refund back via my ban because this is clearly fraud they are selling trash and it doesn't work.

Hello, Our team was not able to find a refund. If you need refund it is just one step process. Just intiate the refund process from your envato account and once thats done we will approve it ASAP.
