The Design looks very nice on the theme, but thats also the only good point about it. Its very slow. full with bugs and things change automatically withouth doing changes by myself.
First of all it was not very usefriendly to set the whole theme up. A lot of error messages and a lot of discussions with the customer service or researchung in the internet for solutions.
The next problem the speed. The code seems to be so bad that the website is so slow that you have to wait 4-5 seconds until the page loaded. Also the mobile version of the page is terrible. I reduced the image sized and did all the caching and other opimization and still have the problem with the speed. I was not even able to set up google adsense because of that.
Next the widgets part is the worst i have ever seen. It is not working most of the time and if you want to change things its not even showing or its not working over all. At least the customer support was able to help me to install the plugin to get the tradtionoal wordpress Widgets back to make it at least adjustable. But still not userfriendly at all.
The WPBakery is also something that is not really userfriendly (but thats probably just my opinion). I would love to have another option than wpbakery.
Overall very disappointed with the overall Theme. At least it looks nice, but its not that much worth if the visitors leave the page before it even loaded.

We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing sometimes but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.
Please note that the speed of the site won't depend solely on the theme. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed and you can check some of our recommendations here. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site's performance and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article - Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
We always give advice to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.

The block-based widgets do require a bit more demanding server resources and as our support agents suggested you can use this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic. Classic widgets don't require as much server resources.
Also, please note that Widgets are a feature of WordPress platform, not the theme. You would still have same Widget section no matter which theme you're using.
