it needs to be updated and the bug needs to be fixed, as it's multilanguage, it jumps from one language to another. Also installation process is not like the command script. You have to take SQL and import first then run the website. Support also answers in a very long time! I am not that happy until the next update I guess and hope the update comes else, it has many issues that I have been facing!
