I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the plugin and the documentation.
I welcome any specific suggestions for improvement regarding the documentation.
Please note that if the plugin doesn't work properly with a specific theme, it's not necessarily a problem with the plugin itself. I'm not claiming that the theme you mentioned is the issue, but if, for example, the theme's style is too generic, it can be challenging to make the plugin fully compatible with it. In such cases, adjustments may need to be made afterwards. I'd be happy to assist you with that if you wish.
However, if you decide to use a different plugin instead, please send a refund request, and I will promptly refund your money.
