I have been on Codecanyon for almost 8 years and collected close to 30 items, and I can certainly say that this is my worst purchase ever. I did not expect to go live/production setup with this, but it was not even suitable for an MVP or product demo.

1. Very bad UX, a non-sense workflow, across all user roles (admin, owner, employee, user).

2. Very bad UI, although this could be a matter of personal taste.

3. All codes are outdated. Not compatible with the latest App Store and Play Store compliances.

4. Very poor database design. Even a college student should design a better database.

5. Overpriced, with a total bundle of $478. Most items that provide a similar set of features are priced way lower.

6. Customer service/support is sometimes responsive (sometimes not), and even when they do respond, they're usually not very helpful.
