Again, support renewal is not mandatory.
changing your 5 star to 4 star rating after almost 2 years of using our product just because you do not like to renew your expired support is unfair. we have a comprehensive documentation to help you always, but if you need our help after your support period has expired then we can ask you to renew. is that how we do not care about the product? a product that has always served you?
