To be honest, I found this theme really difficult to work with and figure out. I strugged to incorporate my brand colours / fonts / logos into the theme without it messing everything up. There seems to be like there's not much customisability thats possible with this theme - or if there is, it's very difficult to do on your own (i had to provide the customer support people access to login and make changes to my requests on the backend).
After many months of trying to build my website on this theme, I decided to ditch it and work with something else instead, which is unfortunate considering I paid a considerable amount for the theme. Just wish it were more user-friendly and intuitive to use. Overall quite disappointed.
One thing I can commend though (which is why I provided at least 2 stars) is the customer support. They are very attentive and helpful!
