The so-called 'support' for this has become almost nonexistent. I got nearly no help from the developer when submitting a ticket on their site. Then I just got an email saying that my current version of WPBakery is out of date. I was stunned because my license allows for lifetime updates and I have automatic updates on my site for this. But oh, a bit of checking finds that I have the current version! This was simply a pathetic attempt by WPBakery at making me buy their 'support'. Sorry, not going to happen! When 1) I have been unable to get quality support from your staff 2) there are parts of your own site I find have not been updated for 5 years and 3) I get better help from support sites like WPMU it's simply not worth the money. The only reason for 3 stars is the plugin itself is still of fair value, but the lack of support and now a manipulative email have made it I am unlikely to ever pay you for anything again.

Hello, Our system shows that your account has last opened a ticket in 2018 and the support team had responded back to it within 24 hours. If you had recently opened a ticket, then kindly share the ticket id with us so that we can check it further. Sometimes the reply can end in spam folder of the email.
