I purchased this plugin from a CodeCanyon author who advertised it as having excellent support. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses to my emails requesting help with a technical issue. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a product and then not receive the promised support.
I'm disappointed in this author's lack of customer service, and I cannot recommend their product to others. If you're considering purchasing from this author, be aware that you may not receive the support you need if something goes wrong.

Well after all the help we provided to you since the beginning with troubleshooting questions and free installation from our side you never bothered leaving us a review, good or bad. We forgot to respond to your latest support email, you went straight to leaving a review. We will keep that in mind.
