Overall, I really love the clean look of this theme which has a fair amount of customization without the theme becoming overly bloated. Video thumbnails were a huge plus, and Blueprints approach to prev/next post was a fresh look.

Customer support has been top notch, friendly and responsive even being in completely separate time zones (typically 12 hours being that they are on the other side of the globe).
