Customer support is keep telling me to use their paid subscription to modify the email template. I asked them for help, but they only offering their paid subscription service. I a bit disappointed, I needed to modify it for my info with some drag and drop editor, can't find the way.

The template can be edited using a code editor like Adobe Dreamweaver or Atom or an online service like StampReady.
The latter does include a drag-and-drop editor as you requested, and the emails are fully compatible.
