This Theme is very nice, however it comes with a plugin "Computer Repair Core" v3.3 which produces an error as below and you are unable to install other plugins from the Wordpress plugin page.
It also says that an update is available for Computer Repair Core to v3.5 but the update cannot be processed through wordpress and when downloading the latest version of the Theme this 3.5v doesn't appear to be bundled with it.
When the Computer Repair Core plugin is disabled the error below does not occur.

I like this theme and the developer seems to be attentive and I will update this review if I see that the plugin is included in a later release.
If you are buying this theme new then you will have 6 month support and maybe you can raise a ticket and maybe they send you this plugin.

Hello, we sorry to know your issue,but the error which you shoe is not related our core plugin. It is wp.org API connection issue. When you disable plugin it clear cache and the error gone. You can again try activated and then check. We support over 20k user till now we know where is the error.
After 6 month support gone.for other issue ratting theme is sad.
