The white page error happens if the file encoding is not set to binary while uploading using filezilla. This is a bug of filezilla, not of newspilot. Also you've mailed us your issue and we replied. So before giving a poor rating, you should have wait at least for 10 minutes. If we refused to solve your issue then you can give whatever rating you want. But this is really unfortunate. We will hope you will change it once your problems are solved. Thanks
